[Fixed] Plug and charge - does not work; PCM option for Plug and charge missing

I was unable to use plug and charge at EA station today for my 22 4S. Fast charging worked ok with the Porsche app. Tried two separate dispensers at the EA site.
Got home and found that plug and charge is activated in PCM at:
Home...charging....overview....<3 dots>.
There is no Plug and Charge entry on that screen.

It's been at least 6 months since I did any DC fast charging. Plug and charge worked fine before.
My Porsche charging service is does not expire for 6 months.
I saw one post in here from someone who had the same missing P&C option.
Any solutions?

there are many many many reasons P&C will fail - unless you get on the phone with EA support at the time it's happening you'll never make any progress…

The activate P&C option should not be missing from the PCM. It used to be there.

yeah it will take some calls/visits to Porsche and potentially EA…P&C has many failure points.

Good question. Privacy is inactive. I charged at EA using Porsche app, so my Porsche charging service works. Plug and charge feature is not on the PCM menu. It used to be there.

Follow-up on plug and charge option missing from PCM on my MY22 Taycan.
Took the car to Porsche dealer service. Tech connected to the car with PIWIS test device. In checking things, he re-initialized plug and charge function. At that point the plug and charge option in PCM was back.
He did not know why the plug and charge option disappeared from PCM. Said it might have occurred after OTA update. He said that when various service work is done on the car, he has to use PIWIS to enable plug and charge.
I don't know whether it is related, but on-board charger in the car had been replaced in March.

Lessons learned for me:
--after OTA update and service work, check home...charging... <. . > menus to ensure plug and charge option is present.
