In DC, too. I charge to 85% unless I need the extra range for a trip or extra driving. Your temperature option is for the cabin. What makes you comfortable? I do 70° F.

you can charge to 100% as much as you care to providing that the car is not going to sit at 100% for extended amounts of time. for example if you leave for work or a trip at 7 am you can set the car to complete it's charge to complete as close to 7am as possible and that you drive enough to bring the SOC down to 80% or lower. on the other end, allowing the car to sit for long periods of time below a 20% SOC is also not good for battery health.
