Looking for.a used 4S. Coming from a crashy hard-riding Model Y. Couple of questions...

1. Is air suspension standard on 4S?
2. I want 21" wheels, how bad does this make the ride?

1. Yes, air suspension was standard on the 4S

2. I have 22” wheels and the ride with air suspension is still plush

I’ve got a 4s with e-mission 21s and would go as far as saying in standard mode the suspension is really comfy and soft. You can stiffen it up putting it into sport mode, and even in sports plus mode it still rides well ( need sports chrono from memory to have sports plus option)

I have 4S with 21 Spyder wheels and people comment it’s the smoothest ride they’ve experienced. Left in normal mode it’s really smooth but you’re able to firm it up and make it feel “more Porsche” at the click of a button.

The smart lift is very handy too - had to park in a field yesterday so lifted it up high to avoid any bottoming out.

21" will be louder road noise. comfort wide they about the same i think
