all the recalls done and only the Power Button changed under warranty
70% charging with Porsche connect charger and 470 kms range today
My OPC is only 10kms far so really fast to reach and a Lovely Team in Bordeaux Pessac
It´s really a good, nice and amazing car and pleasant to drive on long travels
I´ll be back to 911 with a new targa in march and then as soon as the 718 EV is available I will order one.
Problems with recalls is that you loose confidence for next travels more perhaps than you should do.

So I can say I love my Taycan !

Me too.....5 years of pure pleasure with my 2020 4S.
I would love to have Porsche address the 8 year HV battery warranty cliff.....I would keep it much longer if I could find a way to deal with the risk of post warranty big battery failure and amortize my $150k investment over a longer period of time. I usually keep my cars 10-15 years.
I am just about to trade my '09 997.2 for a 2026 Carrera 2S. I love my 997.2 and have driven 100k miles on it since new, but I couldn't resist the new 992.2 in oak metallic green neo.

I had an uncle who lived in Victor and worked for Kodak back in the olden days...on satellite optics.
I believe our cooler climate works in our favor when it comes to battery longevity.

2023 RWD at 26,000 miles is absolutely the best all around car for real world driving I’ve ever owned. Incredibly solidly built and not a single rattle. Only criticism is excessive highway tire noise with either 19” and 20” wheels even though my spec includes the optional noise insulating glass.

IMHO Porsche should make an interior noise reduction package as an (expensive) option available.

Agree with the above—the occasional recall may be a slight inconvenience but I don’t mind the extended test drives in the loaner Macan EV 4 or 4S I’ve been given while my Taycan is in the shop.

I find my Goodyear winter tires to be surprisingly quiet, and much quieter than the summer Michelins Sport 4S's. I assume the softer rubber compounds for winter make for the difference.
I would love to find some quieter summer tires.

75.000 km now, driven all over Europe. Got a new heater, even before it broke.
My service experience with Porsche so far is non plus ultra.
This is my most solid and luxurious daily so far and I enjoy it every day.

I was the same until today. Went to pick up the car to take my partner out for dinner, and car refused to start due to electrical issues.

I have already emailed my Porsche center to have it checked, but it looks like it's gonna be the damned 22kw OBC.

funny thing is. I look forward to recall appointments. They always let me test the new 911s and cayennes. I usually plan my long weekend trips on those appointment weekends. :)
I do the same and I really love driving different Porsches (for free) during minor recalls/routine service visits. Most recently, my dealer gave me a Macan EV loaner while they replaced my gravel-filled front fans (for free of course). After a couple hours in the Macan EV, my wife finally let me ditch her ICE Macan for the EV Macan. Looking forward to when my dealer has 718 and Cayenne EVs on the floor, and remaining cautiously optimistic that I will live to see the day when the dealer flips me the fob on a 911 EV! (Who knows, if Donut Labs is the real deal, a 911 EV might not be too far off.)

haha same, I like chatting with the team, grabbing a coffee, and trying a new loaner car - although my 1st appointment today they gave me a Macan, after just today driving it I can confirm my choice of the Taycan lol, it's just a different world.

2023 Taycan 4S. No issues to report. 20K miles and still enjoying the Taycan experience. The seat sensor recall was addressed during the 20K-mile service.
2021 Cross Turismo 4 with 10K miles. Zero problems other than the recall stuff.
