Plug and charge not working

Anyone have issues with plug and charge and using their free EA charging? Mine worked fine last week and yesterday on the way to Vegas the plug and charge didn’t work and even starting the charging from the app didn’t recognize my vehicle and I had to pay. Thinking maybe it has something to do with what happened a couple days ago with their server? Any troubleshooting tips?

Happened once when i forgot that my credit card in the App had expired. Happened another time when Porsche updated my PCM and the update turned off (unclicked) a setting in the Charging section which i had to go back in & click (allow outside chging). Sorry i dont recall the exact wording. In each instance I called Electrify America and they initiated
the charge on their end.
