Lost connection to apple music/spotify via PCM

Hi,
Has anyone experienced something similar: after software update or possibly after weak data reception PCM has lost connection to Apple music/spotify. Icons are grayed out and if you press on them, u get this message:

any idea how to fix it? Tried to link accounts via my porsche but didnt help (status shows linked)

Yes that seems to happen ever so often. It may have been a weak signal when you started or an issue at the Porsche back end. It might come back after a lock and wait 15 minutes. Or it might come back the next day.
Unfortunately not very uncommon with Taycan.

Yep - same thing here. Apple Music and Spotify both down since yesterday morning.

Yes, also towards the end of the months the connection seems weak/ the data is coming through slower as if the data is being throttled down. Others have suggested that porsche has an overall data limit. Not sure if this is true but it is coincidental that these issues seem to occur with more frequency at the end of the month. If you switch to carplay which presumably has the same connection but through your individual plan there is no connection issues.

True, carplay seems to be very stable, but i notice sound quality difference quite a bit when its via wireless bluetooth) so i hope they fix it soon))

Exactly same issue here for the past 24 hrs has been working faultlessly prior
