One thing I haven’t found yet in the cluster is a realtime consumption meter
showing realtime kw/100km when driving. Does it have one?

yep. On the right binnacle just select ‘Trip’. It contains all trip data, including a khw/100km readout.

it is cumulative per trip though. Just realised you may want ‘what is happening when I put my foot down’ type data

I have the same wish: realtime consumption or regeneration. I have not found it. It could have been (optionally) shown in the center binnacle's energy meter, there is lots of space.

You can see that on central tube, not in kwh, but visualy (green = recup, blue=consumption).
Or, there’s also new display (after uPdate), just select Car/Trip, and you’ll see front and back motor (again: green=recup, blue=consumption).

This would be some very interesting data for the driver. I’d love it if Porsche added it.
