Rear door window issue

Window in rear door does not travel all the way up when door is closed. It actually travels too low when door is opened and that may be the reason to why it doesn't go all the way up. To have it closed, I need to manually close it. Anyone know if there is a known issue and, even better, if there is an easy fix? It does not give a fault message readable from the ODB port.

My wife accidentally spilled a half litre or more of water on the back seat floor on the same side as the window with issues. That was four days ago. The mat was soaked but only the bottom of it and I dried it the best I could. Do you know if the electronics was placed in the floor?

No idea but it was replaced under warranty.

Have you tried the re-learn procedure for the window end point? It is detailed in the manual
