I was told in writing my lock date was Nov 12 (same date showed on Track your Dream site), and was just planning to wrap things up, then went online and found the freeze date was moved UP, not back, and in fact had passed. Called my SA who was as surprised as me. I had a couple minor edits that he said he was able to verify.
