Seat ventilation stopped working on driver's 18 way seat

My 2020 4S has been great. I have a tiny glitch now that I wonder if anyone else has seen. My seat ventilation has always worked well and now the driver's seat will show power on the screen when being turned on and immediately goes off. I've locked and gone away multiple times to reset things to no avail.

Take a look under your seat with a flashlight. It could be the ANA5 NHTSA recall pertaining to the seat wiring harness getting fouled in the seat motor and tearing.

I checked under the seat and all of the wires are fine, but I found a connection unplugged right under the front of the seat (sort of like a ethernet plug) and that was the problem. It looks easy to accidentally unplug.
