I run in Sportplus for 20 minutes, direct when I come home I checked the fans and they are not spinning. Maybee best to goto PC and have it diagnosed then?
I have Approved.

Ok, so If temperature just go up to 4 degrees after 10-15 minutes driving (from 0 degrees) it is a proof the fans are broken?

The way I would check the fans operation is the following. This was just tested on another Taycan with seized fans and as a result the battery overheated and since fans could not cool it, the car protected itself and stopped charging on its own before it reached 100% on DC charger, which never happens if everything is normal.

Make sure your Battery Friendly Charging is OFF. Your SoC is fairly low <10%
Set High powered DC charger as destination 250kW+
Navigate to the Charger observing your battery heating up to at least 35C
Start your charging session that will blast the battery with very high rate 250kW or more
The battery will start heating up rapidly to as high as 55C with call for fans to be on at max
Then you can turn wheels and observe if fans are both working as they will run at max speed
The car will stop charging on its own before 100% is reached if fans are not cooling the battery

I do not recommend the above for normal use. I always use Battery Friendly ON charging that prevents the battery from reaching very high temps.

My fans go in if I am AC charging at 11kW in a garage that is 7C and battery temp 12C as even this level of power heats up the battery to 21C after a few hours of charging. So I actually, set my EVSE to lower power since I am not in a hurry, so I charge at 8kW for example that does not seem to trigger the fans.

I don't want to hurt the battery, this is maybe a bit risky :)

Tried to AC charge at 10kW. It doesn't start.

It is not starting unless the battery gets hot. Normally it starts in sport plus

the battery has safety fails, so it will not get damaged, and it can go quite to high temps

This will not hurt the battery.
The car will stop the charging on its own.
The battery can go to as high as 55C safely.
My point is that this is a sure thing test as you should hear the fans right away if they are operating normally as you start approaching 55C battery temp. So if you are at 50C and fans are not working, you can determine at that point that your fans are seized and need replacement.

So, if it can go around if I turn it around with a screwdriver it is ok?
Is this valid for both right and left fans?

Don't worry, it's a good way to check the fans

Buy an obdii scanner with output tests. I think my Foxwell will test the fans. It does with my Cayman. Worst case reach under the car and spin them by hand to free the pebbles.

I would do the preconditioning test like it was suggested above and otherwise make an appointment with porsche
Ye, but I have run 10 minutes with sport plus. Battery goes from 0 to 4 degrees. Parked the car for 45minutes. come back. Battery temp 4 degrees. Run sport plus for 10 minutes while driving. Battery still at 4 degrees. See below. 0 degrees outside. 4 degrees battery. S+

I just did a Sport+ test when parked.
Ambient in garage is 12C and Battery temp is 12C.
Parked.
Turned on Sport+.
Fans started to spin right away.

I can not tell you how the car will behave at such low temps, as i park indoor, and have never seen my battery below 10 degrees.
If it is a big concern to you, just make an appointment with your local center. If the car is under warranty, all will be for free.

Good luck

I walked out to the car. Try to navigate to 2 different High Power Chargers around 15 minutes from me.. Batteri on 6% wait some minutes without seeing it go up. No rotation on the fan.

You need to get your battery temp to be going to up to 50C-55C to see if they kick in.
