If it’s the exact same issue where there isn’t even a place in the car to enter your Porsche ID then they will have to replace the Computer control unit .
Glad to see you were able to get this fixed. I have had my 4S for 2 months and yesterday it developed exactly the same problem you describe. Have forwarded a link to this post to Porsche UK contact centre. Mine seemed to go wrong after doing a PCM factory reset after problems with the data functions in the car.So major update ..
car went back into today to have a new computer fitted that was flown in from Stuttgart.. and it worked !!
log in appeared and it all works
delighted!! to be fair Porsche said they had not seen this exact issue ever before and did work hard to fix it
