So close it's killing me...

After a 13 month wait, my car has now been sat at Sheerness longer than it took in factory to build, travel 420 miles across Germany to Emden, and traverse one of the busiest shipping channels in the world. Without mentioning what could *possibly* be causing delays at UK ports... I'm desperately hoping to see it for Christmas. Partly to really annoy my sister on Christmas Day, and partly because Mamba Green is just oh so festive!

Anyone else on tenterhooks hoping Santa brings them a Porsche this week?

ME and mamba green on my CT4S. It arrived at dealer damaged last week so that means I may not get it before Christmas as planned but the week after if the part is replaced quick enough.

We suffered similar delays at the port, but thankfully the car turned up at the OPC and a quick turnaround meant we picked our GTS ST up yesterday! Well worth the wait. Just need the ice to thaw now!

Snap. Mine finally got “scanned” at Sheerness on the 14th but isn’t due to the dealers until the 23rd.

Excruciating this final bit. Especially as it has taken so long already.

Ah, hoping you can have it Christmas Eve. Have you had a number plate yet?
I'm thinking ours will probably be after Christmas, but have everything crossed.

Ours has been 9 days. MY SA was saying yesterday it's unusual, and he wouldn't be surprised if it's been scanned and is on its way but the system hasn't updated. Good luck!

Which dealer is that, is PDI being done at Sheerness? Mine landed 28th November, PDI done at Sheerness delivered to Reading on 10th and collected 13th December
