Strange noise when unlocking the car

Had this today for the first time when unlocking my MY21.
Only caught the last few seconds on video because I first had to get my smartphone out and start recording. It lasted a few seconds more than can be seen in the video.
Anybody else had that already?
Anybody with any idea which component behind the left front bumper could create such a noise?

It is the sound of the ventilator blade inside the fender. Probably some dirt on the blade touching the fan screen.
