Agree 100% that it's still early days, and that it is highly variable by region/station. At the charging station I go to locally, there are 3 chargers and I've never observed one of these to be offline. The ones I called out above are on one of the busiest stretches of road in the US (Interstate 5 from SF to LA) so they likely get a lot more use than most chargers.
