It's not just the focal length that doesn't allow for a more direct comparison. You can tell that the aim of the camera in the first image is slightly off-center at an angle which gives the appearance of a different car. In the first image, the window and windshield trims are not perfectly lined up, as opposed to the second imageIt's 100% the same car/the same design in both photos.
The difference is the focal length of the lens the photographer used. A wide angle lens in the top image, a telephoto lens in the second one. There are no different body styles or fake panels imo.
Different focal length = different optical distortion properties.
