None available in the UK so the price will have gone up!
Turbo S sedan is pretty much identical from active ride side.

When you compare tuned vs tuned car, then the Turbo GT is not any faster until 50mph or so.
This is because while the Turbo GT has 25% more torque, it also has a 28% longer final drive.

The only point of the Turbo GT is the higher top speed and if you want better acceleration at higher speeds over 50mph.

Realistically 100-200km/h there's only 0.3 seconds between them, and 0-100 there is 0.1s or less difference with a tune, it's mostly traction limited anyway.

So the only question then apart from the top speed is the styling and to check a box. Unless you get the Weissach, which is a different animal.
They look completely different and drive very differently. A GT car is a GT car. The Active ride alone is also a £9k option on the Turbo’s.

Will post some photos! Brought used in end and the car had about 10k miles at 6 months old so someone had some enjoyment before I brought it. Paid just over £125k GBP so about 45% off list. Hopefully that’s the bulk of its early depreciation out of the way so I won’t loose too much when I sell.
Good luck 🤞sometimes you get lucky (at someone else’s expense) with depreciation.

But usually if a car’s lost 45%, whilst the curve will flatten it will still be pretty steep. Of course now the % depreciation applies to a smaller sum.

They drive different if you try one with AR and one without.
The difference in look is basically the front bumper and the lip spoiler in the rear.

The Weissach is the one that is different because of the significant weight reduction, but the normal Turbo GT really is not.

The 4 seat version actually drives pretty much identically to a Turbo S with dynamics package apart from the 100hp power bump after 50mph (comparing tuned variants) until you get up to really high speeds, where you can go 50km/h faster.

totally disagree l, I have driven both. GT definitely feels more special too

In this case the Turbo S did not have dynamics package, which is basically what the Turbo GT is - a Turbo S with the dynamics package, some visual tweaks and a different rear motor/final drive combination.
I suggest looking a little at the parts catalogue.

The "feels special" is a subjective thing.

Can it be software tuning for the Turbo GT?

I'm certain the accelerator peddle isn't hard to push down like the 2025 Turbo S. GT is softer, feels like it has more travel with less effort.

Because I have more seat time in the Weissach, the steering also feels less numb, more feedback. This is in comparison to the 2025 Launch edition Turbo S I drove for 30min

I drove a Turbo GT for 30min as well, but I have Weissach
