Let me start by saying I’m a chick, and I love my 2021 Taycan. I’ve been driving it for over four years and have never experienced any issues besides the usual recalls — most recently the battery recall, during which my baby was in the shop for about three months. In the end, they told me they gave me a brand-new 2025 battery. Great!
But that’s not why I’m here. Sorry in advance for the whining — hopefully, I’ll get a pass for being a chick.

Can you freaking believe my dealership never gave me the second key fob? I followed up with them multiple times during the first 18 months after I purchased the car. Then I moved across the country, followed up a couple more times, and eventually forgot about it. Fast-forward four years later, and now they’re making me pay for the missing fob.
I even got Porsche NA involved, hoping they’d help me get the key, but in the end, they sided with the dealership and told me I’d still have to pay. I never thought that spending $100k on a car would mean I wouldn’t get my second key fob without a fight.
The Porsche Collection dealership in Miami was terrible to deal with. Their excuse was, “The salesperson has left, and we have a new system, so there’s no way for us to know whether we gave you the second fob or not.”
I’m honestly so disappointed. This entire experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I know for sure my next car will not be a Porsche. At this point, I’d get a Hyundai — I’m pretty sure the service would be 100% better.
