Hi, I have had problems with a lot of speed bumps and a scraping sound. I think I found where the car scrapes against the ground. Look under the car just in front the front wheels! That is quite a low point of the car, see photo. Guess that is for aerodynamic reasons.

I normally now put the car in sport mode, at least for the suspension. I found that the normal mode was too soft and seem to give an extra movement on the car. It has helped a lot. Or also put the car in a lift mode.
I have had this yesterday and was very scared. Guess it’s just this part then? Any other problems or damaging when hitting speedbumps for the front bumper? Hope it’s still in the right place and hasn’t moved lol.

Usually it is that part that scraps and makes the noise. Sometimes it is the actual bottom of the front splitter. It is best to use the front lift button (and save the location to memory if it is a frequent part of your drive), and to approach inclines/declines at a low speed angle. Also don't forget to raise the car with the lift button when parking in a spot with a front curb or parking stop. I forgot to do that at a supermarket recently and the front splitter got caught on the parking stop which damaged the splitter when I backed out. Fortunately, I don't have a carbon fiber front splitter, so the cost to replace it for the parts and labor was under US$500. In the spring time, I plan to remove any accumulated minor scraps on the bottom of the front splitter with the careful use of a heat gun to gently melt the scrapes (there are videos on youtube).

You can also put a protector material in the low spots - I used Acexxon Lip Protector on my M4 lip with really excellent results. I'll probably do the same for low spots on the CT - can't see it once installed.
