UK App Communication Problems

Afternoon all - anyone else in the YK having comms problems between the Porsche App and the car? Mine won’t communicate at all - have reinstalled App but not sure if this is a general problem or unique to me. Had been working 100% reliably until yesterday?!?!

Mine hasn't worked since 3rd April. App uninstall/reinstall didn't help. Switching between guest and my profile didn't help. Turning privacy on and back off didn't help. I've emailed the support address, haven't heard anything yet.

Thanks - I'm not alone then. Just had help from Customer Support who got me to do a factory reset which hasn't worked - now booked into local Porsche Centre as it needs a workshop fix and of course I'm now locked out of everything and have lost all my settings, destinations etc etc!!!!!! If you head down this road - beware.

12v battery disconnect to hard reset PCM - won't lose any settings.

Mine was eventually fixed by a visit to the dealer for a con box reset. All fine for 6 weeks, now has stopped updating the app again. I'll book it in again, one day they might even manage to update the software and fix it.
