Hi there
Still waiting for my new TCT4 so have bought a second hand Taycan 2wd.
The upper central screen has gone off after 2 days! Have I just inadvertently turned it off? Any help welcome. Photo attached
Separately, what is the best way of cleaning the screens from greasy finer marks

Park the car, lock it, walk away for 5-10 minutes. When you come back or should be working fine. This is a software bug we all deal with occasionally.

Top screen is possibly not loading due to an issue with your Porsche Connect ID - has this been setup correctly? Poor LTE connectivity can also lead to this.

Micro fibre cloth for cleaning.

I hadn't done the Porsche Connect thing. Can I do that without the screen? Thanks for the advice

Two fingers in the upper right hand corner of the screen seems to wake mine up. Happens about once a week, my car is a '23, so i appears the software issue is still ongoing.

Had this happen to both screens one time on my '22 RWD. Upon next entry of the car all was well.
Also had a situation where none of the icons on the PCM would work. Again, leaving the car and returning all was well.

Car is in for updates, my SA says there is a sw reset for that. Looks like a timing problem in the sw.

You need to create a Porsche Connect ID on the website and then log into the PCM with these credentials. This assumes you get past the current issue

If all else fails and you have already logged in with your Porsche Connect ID then do the 12v battery disconnect to hard reset the system

Maybe one day they will fix it in an OTA update 🤣
