Wacky window in left rear door

Six months ago the driver's door window was misbehaving. Instead of retracting one cm when opening the door and returning to full up upon closing the door it would keep opening an additional one cm every time the door was opened.

Yesterday the driver side rear door window is driving me crazy. First, the latest My Porsche app (v4.22.20 build 116) reports that the window is opened even though it is closed. When I raise the left rear door window switch on the driver's door to confirm the window is closed, the window opens instead.

I am reluctant to experiment too much this weekend since it's raining on and off and I don't want to end up with the window stuck open. Looks like I will have to schedule an appointment with the dealer soon.

You could try following the procedure for storing end position of the window. Look in the GTK app for details

I had this exact issue on my A7 (on right rear) - thought is was me or passenger accidentally leaving window down - but I replicated it just be opening and closing the door.

A few days later and before I had contacted my dealer - it just went away itself. I had shut the car down several time and it remained an issue - then for no reason it just went away! go figure!

Had exactly the same issue; recalibrate based on instructions in the manual.

Basically close window, and then pull the control a second time when it’s closed

Thank you Midlifecrisis and raharris for your suggestion. I performed the "storing final position" procedure and the window now works as expected.
