Hey fellow UK Taycaners

So I took the Taycan through a 7ft restriction without too much issue but I’m afraid of trying 6ft6. It’s more the high kerbs they have accompanying the restrictions that bother me (namely Albert Bridge). I checked the measurements and the front track is wider than a continental gt or SVR which I have managed with basically no margin for error sometimes using the kerb view on the surround camera

This car is my daily and will need to use it but guess I’m looking for reassurance and see if people’s experience.

Soz Tay4S, I was not commenting on the Alloygaitors, but on trying 6’6”.
I have to say however that they look a lot of hassle to fit and although they might help protect against a parking incident I am not sure they will make a lot of difference if you are trying to squeeze 2.3 tons of Taycan past a high granite curb stone, not to mention the metal posts which always appear covered in various car paint hues.

Taycan is a couple inches narrower than my dads 7 Series and that goes through all the narrow passages (its tight but doable) We are up in North west London and there are a ton of these narrow barriers to prevent trucks from passing.

But I agree with the other comment, don't do it, at least not now while the car is new.
I don't even though I know it can technically fit.

i went through Albert bridge two days ago. I will not be doing it again ?

6’6 spaces aren’t bad, just be prepared to fold your mirrors

I got through with 0 damage, it was close but it could have been worse.
I used the side curb view to help, although it became very confusing at one point.
