I’m posting the related thread here.

The dealer has tried and failed to resolve the ongoing smartlift issue and the new data services failure issue. We are awaiting further advice from PCNA for the next steps. Sigh.

My OTA module had been replaced early on in my car's tenure as part of PCM failure. Perhaps it's time to replace again? Haha

Lost the LTE connection around lunchtime today while down on the south coast (UK) I've just driven back home to South Bucks and no connection anywhere on the route or at home. I've rebooted the PCM but no joy. Ingeragrated SIM shows no signal

Anyone else in the uk without LTE signal?
Hopefully it will come back when car goes into sleep mode.

I've also checked not in privacy mode!

Update- LTE came back yesterday at 10.30am Exactly 24 hours after it disappeared.
Only issue now is Spotify will not log in. I have the dreaded error 3010 and 3019... cannot retrieve QR code. So I'll be back onto Porsche Connected Services when they open this morning.

Update 2....
Spotify restored this morning without need to log in.
These things clearly need 24 hours to fix themselves.
I also checked with Vodafone and they can now see my car again ?

SpeUk, glad your data services came back. I’ve encountered the same early in my car’s tenure with me which eventually was complicated by other technical issues which were resolved by replacements of multiple modules.

As of this moment I am awaiting word from PCNA directly. On a side note the dealer upgraded my loaner from a Cayenne hybrid to a Taycan.

I had the same issue but managed to get it back with a 12v battery reset.

It’s been sporadic since but more on than off

Update: 4.26.2023

Per Dealer: "Porsche instructed us to order the over-the-air control unit which is located in the center console. "

Let's hope this resolves it.

I lost all data connection last week (uk) with the warning on the PCM, no connection to MyPorsche app etc - ignored it as thought it would come back but Sunday got in and the car was dead. Some random Taycan graphics on dashboard, air con working. Battery reset performed by Porsche assist but to no avail and car had to be hi ab lifted due to where it was parked - now at dealer but they’ve told me they are very busy with lots of cars being recovered…hmmm. Been given an M340i as a loaner though which is nice!

UPDATE: 4.28.2023 !!

- OTA control module replaced. Per the dealer it resolved the LTE outage issue.

PLUS: It "allegedly" resolved the SmartLift sporadic missing issue.

I will update after I pick up the vehicle and 'test' it out for a few days.
