Looks like your not getting any takers...

I bet its proprietary. However, if you can get a nice clean/squared up photo, you could photoshop it to 2-Color (B&W), clean it up to eliminate everything but the lettering, and then use "edge detection" to generate an outline. At that point you could re-size (or even project) the image to trace the resulting outline...

You might even be able to find some "Taycan" letting in clipart on the web to get a jump start.

You doing this with CAD (CNC Router) or by hand? Maybe I can help generate a DWG or DXF file if you can make use of it...

What kind of file would you like? (DXF, DWG,...)

Are either of the above images what you want? ...or do you want something else (i.e. "Taycan 4S")...

Anything in a vector CAD file should be scaleable. How are you stuck at 80%?

Try searching for some clipart lettering which looks better to you. I found a bunch of Taycan decals here: https://www.gran-turismo.com/us/gtsport/user/discover/search/decal Use the "search" button...

If you can find one there you like, I can convert it pretty quickly to a vector CAD file I think...
