Congrats OP! Hell of a deal and spec. I believe this was a launch specification for the US which explains why you see several available nationwide. My dealer has one as well and if could replicate this deal, I’d be beating down their door tomorrow.

In UK stock J1.2 will come with a Porsche manufacturer incentive and a dealership incentive - i mentioned on another thread that I could have got 20K of a new unregistered stock 4S ST with a decent spec. £7K from Porsche alone.

Deals end at the end of this month.

Suicide to buy another Taycan if funding personally.

Macan EVs also in stock but no incentive. Cheaper to buy however. £100K for a Turbo for example.

I was able to get a brand new 2025 4S with a 146k MSRP down to an out the door with all incentives for 107k.

Nice - I know that this is a lease deal with its' $7,500 built into the cap cost reduction - however, what would the bottom line CASH PURCHASE PRICE have been for this very nice 2025 4S ??

Most id seen was £17k, actually at my local dealer, still cheaper to do it through work.

It would have to be an additional 15-20k off releastically, before the figures would make sense on personal finance (for me).

I know they're throwing in a couple of services and lower finance aswell.

Mind sharing the residual, without it one cannot evaluate the implied interest rate?
It seems like a great deal. I leased my MY24 4S before MY25 was introduced. It's MSRP was $166k and OTD price was $117k.

RV is 64% so like 93k MF is the current buy rate of .0035 MSRP is 146k OTD is about 107k nothing being marked up surprisingly enough.

Even though I wouldn’t buy it i guess it would be 111k + tax since I wouldn’t get the 7500 rebate…but again didn’t even ask since i wouldn’t never buy this car Unless maybe CPO after my lease is over…

curious if you know anything else about this “launch specification” and if there is any special meaning behind the specific build?

Agreed that is a great discount stateside. My experience is very similar to yours +/- 20k discount on stock new vehicles depending on spec. I ended going for a pre-reg 74 plate J1.2 4S ST with 800 miles on it at 36k off list. Although my wife really wanted what she called a "box fresh" car, I didn't think the extra ×/- £16k was justified for 800 miles off box fresh. I bought mine through my partnership so paid cash and will get the tax relief on the depreciation. The previous 4S CT worked out at about £960/month after tax relief if I ignore the interest I could have earned with cash on deposit. [Man Maths]

I don’t believe there’s anything particularly special about them other than showing a $0 launch vehicle option on the window sticker. They’re predetermined configurations from Porsche shipped to dealers as part of the 2025 Taycan introduction to be used as demos, showroom cars, etc.

MF is horrible. 8.40% APR and thats the buy rate
Agreed. But it is what it is…they raised it a bit on the 25s the 24s are at .00310 id still rather lease it then buy it. They also raised the RV a tad on the 25s so its kind of offsets it. Would rather deal with the marginally higher APR then the unacceptable depreciation

OP you got a unicorn deal. Floated a similar deal by my dealer this morning and it was a hard “no” since the only current support Porsche has on 25s is the $7500 lease incentive. Well done!

First, I think you negotiated a great deal. Second, looks like they got you on the lease payment. The payment with the above information should be $1,283. Every car I have ever leased was the same story even with Porsche. They know most folks don't know the leasing formula used and they add $$ to the monthly amount to make additional profit.
As I said, a great deal anyway.
