No really. They are usually more expensive than new and I really want new so I can spec exactly for me

Well GTS's maybe, but i bought from France a Turbo CPO for 127k which had og price of 190k.

But if perfect spec is important, then used is not an option.

Bargain. Was that private or through a used approved Porsche

Just checked and there's no bargains in a ST. Some are more expensive than my config for a 6 month old vehicle so buying new is a no brainer.
