All external cameras failed

Completed a journey, parking, camera display in the centre console came on, and...

This is the sixth hardware failure (tire pressure sensor, interior alarm sensor, left direction indicator, 12v regulator, ParkAssist processor were the others) in six weeks of owning the car. I'm now trying to get a response out of the country managers for Switzerland.

Anyone else seen this (searching the forum for "camera" didn't turn up anything)?

It happened once for me, after very cold night (-9 or -10degrees C), but they came back after few minutes.

Thanks. Temps today have all been positive (and warmer than recent weeks), and they're still not working after ~ 6 hours since the first failure.

I don;t know.
it happened to me only once, in the morning, when I put in Reverse.
cameras worked for a second or two, then…all od them went completely blank.

It happened to me and turned out to be due to a faulty camera… for some reason if one of them fails the initialization process when turning on the car, none will work. All good after replacing it.

In to the dealership today, after the cameras intermittently worked (didn't at all this morning, all 4 did in the afternoon and at the dealership, 35 minutes after leaving the dealership and parking up the front camera didn't work, the other three did, then after another 10 minutes all 4 did...).

Known problem, especially for the front camera apparently (it's on the only one where the coaxial cable isn't completely surrounded by body work, being somewhere under the front bumper).

Happened to me as well. First front camera went out, the day after all 4. The day after that everything worked again.

Car was at the dealers for almost 2 weeks (for this and other faults) but they couldn’t replicate this issue, so they/I hope it was just software (They did reset everything to clear the “always on” issue).

Just happened to me tonight. Coincidentally I have a scheduled dealer visit tomorrow to get the plate bolt on my Exclusive Design wheels torqued

Happened to me 2 months ago. They replaced the front and side cameras and harnesses under warranty. Took 5 days including obtaining parts.

Just took it in today. Possible 2 week wait! Bigger issue is the availability of a loaner, which delays the repairs to 2nd week of April!

It appears the issue is related to moisture or the rain. It's been intermittently working today as it's rained for the last 2 days. I have a bigger risk that by my appointment date, the issue is not replicable if the weather has been dry.
