Yes, this is consistent with my conversation with the Porsche Battery technician that I related in a much earlier thread in early October.

He suggested to me that I run my car down to 10-20% every month or so and let it sit overnight. I've been doing this, and my SOH has gone from OBD indicated 91.06 (actual SOH measured by the technical using the approved 2-day Porsche measurement was 92.26) to OBD indicated 93.47 over the last six months. Range estimates have improved dramatically as well.
