How to activate 3D view

I already have the left side of the view, but I can't drag it around like the right side

Tap the screen to select and then drag / slide - should just work.

On the left side of the screen you have to tap one of the little camera icons first to activate the 3D view. Then you can drag around the right side of the screen or keep clicking the camera icons on the left side to see various pre-defined angles of the car.

Yes, I tried to do that and it worked, it was an icon at the bottom.
Before that I tried to click on other icons and failed. But I ignored this icon.
It works.
