Lost LTE

Anyone else lost data connectivity?

looks like there is a fix but I gotta drop the car.

This is the reply I received from Support:
"Unfortunately it looks like your Taycan 4S has lost data connection, I would recommend bringing the vehicle to a Porsche service center to have the integrated sim card reset."

Summary: they had to replace my OTA module. Others though seem to have "fixed" the issue via a 12v reset, and/or having the dealer reset/reprogram the module. Your mileage may vary.

Strangest thing. I lost all services requiring a data connection about 5 weeks ago. No LTE symbol and had the two lines with the slash through it on the PCM.

I wasn’t comfortable disconnecting the 12V battery myself and have been busy so have not had a chance to take to the dealer yet.

Fast forward to today 5 weeks later and I am running a quick errand and LTE indicator is back on PCM and all services restored! I can’t believe it just fixed itself after so long not working. Very (pleasantly) surprised. Hopefully it sticks.

App not sync
Miles on app are 600 miles behind
No spotify
No real traffic nor map search

Is it worth to reset/restart the PCM? How do you do the 12 V disconnect I want to try to fix instead of waiting two weeks to take it to the dealership.
Might be worth a try

I had the same with my 2023 Gts
had to bring it to the dealer
Car was in Flightmode (then the little light om the roof is red)
They reprogam it

Mine been longer. App got stuck 600 miles ago and I was out of the country for 10. So been longer than that.
