My Porsche - charging service / connect care not available?

Hi folks,

Is anyone who has recently collected their Taycan not getting access in My Porsche to Porsche Charging Service or Connect Care etc?

Trying to sign up for them - I just keep getting 'An error has occurred' ..... 'Please try again later'. .....

My OPC has raised it with Porsche GB - who raised it with Porsche AG - but I was wondering if it's just me? Any other recent Taycan acquirers with same issue?

I had to renew yesterday, no luck. Same error.
