New one for me - E-Sound error

Anyone had this one before ? Very lazy search offered usual soft reset /stop-start the car to see if it clears.

I’ve had it. Very rarely occurs (3 times in 2 years). Sound still actually worked though. Last time was in the dealership car park immediately after the handed the car over, so I could literally show them and they could diagnose while the message was displayed. They are replacing the actuator under warranty.

This has happened to me about twice per year. But it always goes away after turning off the car and restarting it. If your warning persists, it may require a visit to the dealer.
