So, 48 hours in to my purchase and I guess I am being initiated
2022 Taycan 4s, new to me (2nd owner). I am trying to review the Porsche Connect in the app and maybe sign up, but don't even have the option to sign up for it. I am getting the below error. Porsche confirmed the car is now assigned to me (they can see it etc), it is assigned to me in the car, I have LTE connectivity, I can see the car in the app. The Porsche care person when I called said that it is a server issue and should resolve in a few days but after perusing this forum, that sounds like it might be BS?
I don't know enough about how the vehicle communicates with Porsche and Porsche back to know if this is a car issue that can be resolved by me, a Porsche issue, or what. I just wanted to play around with the Porsche Connect stuff.
I am also trying to do an OTA actual update for the 12v battery, and the car is telling me to go fuck off for a while. When I come back after following its 'go fuck off a while' steps (pic 2), the update hasn't occurred. I even made sure there were no animals left in the vehicle
In engineer mode, software release is:
MPR3_US_P0G46_K3882 Software version 3882, if that is at all helpful.
Error text on Porsche Connect Store:
"Product display is currently limited.
Currently, not all products for your vehicle can be displayed. Please try again later."
