One charge port not opening

Pretty much the title, one charge port will not open, I don’t have the electrical ones just the ones you push. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem and what to do, thanks!

(just to eliminate the obvious) is the other port closed completely? Upon opening a port, the car locks the port on the opposite side.
