Taycan trunk not opening on first try

Whether I use the button on the key or car or even the kick my trunk lift does not open on first try. You see it open a little and hear the sound but it doesn’t open all the way up. It just opens a crack and when you click the button again it closes. Does anyone have this issue? I read about it being set at a certain height but this doesn’t seem to be the issue.

Unless perhaps for some bizarre reason the height is set to 1 cm!!

When you do open it on first click, albeit a fraction, can you then manually raise the trunk - might allow you to reset the opening height regardless and test again to see if it then opens to the set height?

Click button on keyfob, then once trunk is unlocked manually open to desired height. Then press and hold the close button (or close and lock) until you hear a beep.

That should reset the opening height.
