Bizarre question, but does your overhead grab handles retract all the way smoothly or does it stop at a friction point and it needs to be pushed closed?

I noticed mine needs to be pushed vs. A macan I have where it's just smooth retraction.

Life is too short ... never use them to notice!

This is a result of having the pano roof replaced and it's going back in to fix a bunch of small things like the grab handles + ana6 for the third time. The roof hasn't cracked again, so at least that's a positive.

Last request, can someone please also take picture of the grab handle hinges. I'm fairly certain that there are supposed to be covers/plugs on both hinges of the handle, but every one of mine has a plug only on one side.

Can confirm. There should be 2 plugs per handle. I replaced my 2 front handles with sunglasses holders so I’m really familiar with them.

Really appreciate it.

Does anybody else feel like when they go to a dealer, they constantly have to pay fine attention to detail to see what's missing, damaged, etc? Then have to point out every problem?

I totally agree with you on having to micro manage the dealer. My car has been dead at the dealer since 1/21. The part finally arrived for the repair. I mentioned to the service advisor, Porsche NA, the GM, etc that the 12v battery was going to need to be replaced. It cannot be left for months uncharged. No one listened. The day the part arrived, I asked the SA about the 12v. Her response "we cannot order a battery until it is determined it is damaged and needs replacement." Day 3 of the repair I get a text message "the repair is going well, but we need to order a 12v battery. Good news it will be here the next day." Hello! did I not advise you of that. Luckily we are not in the 12v battery back log of a few months ago (which was why I was advising them of the need).

The worst is they give you an attitude when you mention things. I am sorry, if you did your job properly, I would not have to micro manage you. Having to come back and drop the car multiple times cost me time and money.

They hate the enthusiasts as we typically are more up on the cars and recalls and known issues and resolutions. And these forums give us way more information so we are much better informed than when they are feeding us some line of crap.

I have an air tag hidden in my car so that I can tell if they are really working on it or not. Have caught my service advisor telling me they were working on it and it had not moved from the parking spot (the air tag map locations are pretty accurate and I had tested it).
