Absolutely echo this opinion, If you drive long distances Inno Drive is a nice upgrade to ACC. If you’re trying to stick to a budget, you can upgrade to Inno drive later on via FOD (function on demand) if you have spec’ed ACC. This may be a good option for you because Porsche often has trial free trial period for FOD.

My car has over £30K in options but it’s missing surround view and I absolutely miss this.

+1 for Sport Chrono, most people won’t buy a second hand Taycan without it.

I also recommend upgrading to Bose if you have not already ticked that box.

Full leather, I think for a car in this price range is kinda expected. If unsure stop by a Porsche Centre and see examples with and without it.

FOD isn't available as far as I'm aware these days. Not clear if it will resurface for J1.2 midels but I'm guessing not. Porsche seem to have given up on it and apart from Innodrive (software element) most of the prior FoD options are now standard J1.2 fit - PDLS, PSP etc.

I’m just about to order a jet black RWD sedan, 2025. Can you Taycan jedi’s please rate/give me your opinions of the following options (1-10, 10 being highest value for the buck):

Rear Wheel Steering?
Massage seats?
InnoDrive incl adaptive cruise control?
Leather package?
Sport Chrono?
Surround View?

Rear Wheel Steering? - I love it, but maybe it's OK to skip on a RWD if you're trying to keep the price down. It would be criminal to not add it (and every other performance feature) to a fancier Taycan model. Now those tiny EU parking garages? Maybe RWS is a necessity even on a base model.

Massage seats? - On a sporty GT car? Not me, but some people swear by them. Then again, you can't get the 18-way seats with massage, so that decides it for some folks. I love the 18-way.

InnoDrive incl adaptive cruise control? - A sporty Porsche that sort of drives itself on some roads, but not terribly well much of the time? And has a big sensor located off-center on the front bumper, looking funny and just asking to get hit by a rock? InoDrive is a hard no for me! I dream of buying an actual self-driving car some day, but only when the car can in fact drive better than I do, at which time I'll be going for full comfort mode, not Taycan sporty. You can make a stronger case for plain ACC if you like road trips, but I skipped it.

Sport Chrono? - A Porsche without it must have greatly reduced resale value, right? Well maybe not so much a Taycan base model. But even still, I can't imagine a Porsche without it. I would click that button just as a reflex.

Surround View? - I like it quite a bit. I had a loaner without it, and was "grrrrrrrr"

Leather? - Basically a must-have in the US. Seems optional in the EU. And on a related topic: A fancy GT car without an Alcantara Race-tex headliner feels pretty cheap to me, and the standard Porsche liner is crap. The upgraded headliner is one cosmetic option you should seriously consider.

Edit, this is a false assumption:
I think the RWD has a smaller turning circle which is comparable to the turning circle of the all wheel drive with RWS.

With that it would be a nice to have but not a mandatory feature for me.

You don't need to have a drive shaft to the front wheels and thus you can increase the steering angle?

I'm an mechatronics engineer working for software development, don't ask me about mechanics ?

But I just checked and that's not true according to the configurator, so scrap that. I probably picked that up on some third party site with wrong numbers... Sorry.
