I think that after removing the positive nut (in yellow previous photo) and just pulling the plastic part up and by screwing I will have access to the lower terminal, it doesn't seem to me that there is any connection between the plastic part top and bottom, I don't know if you've ever removed these fuse terminals... if so, I'd appreciate a step-by-step explanation for the second terminal if it's possible for you ?

In the two photos below it seems to me that there are no fittings in the plastic between the top terminal and the bottom terminal…

All the 800V orange cables are dead Carlos, also you will not touch any of them when you are dismantling the wires on top of the 12V battery.

If there are no wires going into the lower plastic then there is no need to dismantle, but my guess is there are wires and therefore fuses.

Yes, I completely agree with you, as you can see in the photos of the back of the box, in addition to the cable entry for the fuses at the top, right after it there is a cable entry for the fuses at the bottom. If there are cables there, there must be a fuse too. Ok, I'll dismantle it tomorrow morning. the box again, and I will see the best way to get to the bottom terminal part to check these fuses too! Yes, I don't touch the orange cables, in fact I don't need to, but just in case it's good to know that everything is completely dead, both the high voltage cables and the 12v battery cables! ?

Good morning Shug, I honestly don't even know what to do. I need to open the fuse box again and check the fuses below, so that all the fuses in the car are checked. On the other hand, I have the car turned off with the batteries and with the battery 800 v with 3% load which should probably already be without load in the save switch, the question is that I intended to check the rest of the fuses now in the morning, close everything and put the car on slow charge, but unfortunately when I go out on the street now in the morning I found the car covered in snow….and it’s still snowing….what do you advise me to do….?

No problem to reconnect the 12V and 800V batteries to charge the car and when you are ready check the fuses.

I was thinking exactly the same, thanks for everything, I'm going to clean the snow off the car in the morning and connect the 12v battery first and then put the switch back on and connect the charger to the car and let it charge during the day, after being charged to 80% I can put the save switch in off again and remove the negative terminal from the battery to check the rest of the fuses

ok, the snow stopped, I managed to clean the car and removed the fuse box cover again... and yes, exactly as you mentioned, the fuse box has two fuse lines!! ?I checked all the fuse lines, the top and bottom and none of them have any blown fuses...! Here is a photo of the second line of fuses, so that you can access the second line of fuses it is necessary to remove the electrical cable and the positive nut and the screw next to it and then just lift the first one fuse line and access to the second line, once again I thank you shug!

Now I can reconnect the 800v battery save switch and the 12v battery and put the car to charge!

I thought better of it and it was better to finish doing the work of checking all the 12v battery fuses now than to reconnect everything and later have to disconnect everything again just to check the bottom fuse row…

It is already charging, the next step is to charge the battery above 20% and diagnose with piwi…the charger looks very good it charges slowly but it charges?

the battery had the same 3% as when I turned the system off 12 days ago

just a video that I would like to share here so that you can see the resistance of an electric car to water, of course it is advisable that an electric car has not been exposed to water up to the middle of the rim, but as you can see Volvo for example filled the water car??

It looks like your charger is set to 10A max. Would pressing the button change the limit to 16A (assuming the outlet/circuit you are plugging it to can handle sustained 16A)?

Thanks withex ?I've already changed it to 16 A I hadn't noticed initially that it was at 10 A

60% faster charging :) Hey, silly question, your picture shows 205.3V at 10A, and 195.7V at 16A. Isn't nominal voltage in Poland 230V (if you disconnect the car, what voltage is shown)? Are you running through some long extension cords? A drop of 10V for an increase of 6A (I know you took pictures at different times, but assuming they were close together) would impute a 1.67 Ohm resistance - that would be >300m of AWG12 wire. Overall 230V to 195.7V is also high - it would imply that at 16V you're burning ~548W in the wiring alone. If using an extension cord, what gauge wire and how long are they?

According to the information I have, the standard voltage in Poland is 230V at a frequency of 50HZ, but to be honest I don't know what the voltage of the plugs in my garage is. In addition to the normal plugs in my garage to which the charger is connected, I also have a three-phase plug that I'm thinking of buying a box charger to connect to the three-phase for fast charging!

I took photos at different times, but the plug to which the charger is connected is the same. Now you raised a good question. When I had 10 A yesterday, the charger indicated 205.3 V. When I changed to 16 A, the charger started indicating 195.7 V... I honestly don't know why either.... I'm going to disconnect the car charger for 1 second and see how much it gives on the charger display.....!!!

I'll send you the details of the charger below!

Just to be clear, my concern was for your house wiring, socket and a plug, your can can deal with 195V AC no problem. But, if the voltage drop is due to a loose connection in your socket, it could over time damage/melt it - something you would not not noticed in the past because nothing was drawing 16A for 12hrs straight.
