Yes they are having a very bad 5th wave right now. Friends of mine are stationed there and they are close to shutting down again....have just begun curtailing flights from South African countries where the new COVID 19 Omicron strain are now gaining traction. And Europe has better vaccination rates in some countries than we do here! Africa still is about 7% of the population vaccinated against COVID19 which doesn't help.

Austria just locked down for 10 days and has plans to go another 10 days also after that BTW so tha may start affecting Audi and their production lines as well.

So am glad my vehicle finished production 2 weeks ago and just left Emden 2 days ago aboard the Glovis Supreme as things may slow a bit in the next 30 days. Hoping for the best for everyone and that the holidays stay safe for all!
