Question for 2020 Taycan owners

I have a 2020 Taycan turbo and I have the latest major update (color icons) however the my Porsche app doesn’t have the remote lock/unlock functionality. I have deleted the app and reloaded it without success. I know the 2021 and later models have this functionality. I figure it’s a simple software upgrade and not sure why it couldn’t be a part of the other updates. I was wondering if any other 2020 owners have the remote unlock/lock functionality on their my Porsche app. All I have is the precook/heat and charging.

Same with me. If I remember correctly, there was a thread a year ago about this. Think it’s some HW issue.

+1 - even in 2020 I would have thought that was basic functionality that should have been included. Disappointed it's still not available.

+1 no remote lock/unlock.

When I enquired this with Smartmobility in 2020, I was told it was a hardware issue. The hardware to do this was not in the car!
