Here is the port log for Manta, Ecuador. Looks like she is in the port. She is not in terrestrial AIS range so I can't get her exact position. Let's hope it's a quick turnaround and that we are off to San Diego later today.

I noticed that for PECLA delivery, the entry port is listed as Benicia on my TYD. This seems odd as the port of Benicia is located in the Bay area. Do other cars destined for PECLA travel through San Diego or Benicia?

RCC Classic seems to be the commuter train of ships. Next stop is Lazaro Cardenas, Mexico on 12-12, I wonder how many stops are scheduled?

It’s pretty annoying considering the original shipping schedule showed only one stop at Veracruz.

At current speed, still on track for the 16th even with an estimated 8 hour stopoff in Mexico. We sure are taking the local train aren't we? At least it has given me a new appreciation for the global shipping network and what kind of distances these boats can cover in relatively short amounts of time.

I have a feeling SD is not next - I checked and it appears its going to Lazaro Cardenas. It will still get in on the 16th.

Post any updates on Rcc classic in here. Last update I saw, it was estimated to reach Freeport on Nov 25. That is in sync with my TYD arrival date in Benicia of 12/17.

How does this compare to others on the Rcc and your delivery dates?

Mine is on the same ship. It made I through the Panama Canal a couple of days ago. Then it inexplicably headed south towards Manto Peru (WTF) for a couple of days. It is now headed north to the Mecxcan port of Lazaro Cardenas near Puerto Vallarta - ETA 11/12. My dealer says my car will be in Benicia 11/19, Porsche says 12/31. I ordered a MY21 4S in May. The order for an MY 22 was placed with Porsche on 6/28.

How many days did it take to go through the Canal from the time you entered the Port? I’m a week away from the Panama Canal and trying to figure out if I will make year end to my Dealer. I think normal time is 2-3 days from time the Boat enters Panama until it actually get out of the Canal.
