Hi W1nge,

I am not an owner yet :D and for sure I won't be with these issues. I really admire how in love you guys are with this car... Assuming you bought it new you lost a crazy amount of money, a crazy amount of time in the shop doing recalls.... you receive a letter stating that you should not park near buildings or charge over 80% (of an already bad range).... you know this car is nearly impossible to keep outside warranty which is crazy for a Porsche... and you still love the car.... Got to admire that for sure :)

I'm on my 2nd new Taycan in 4.5 years.

I got a letter about a software update for battery monitoring but not one that said i couldn't charge at home or inside.

I always charge to 85% and only 100% if travelling 100+ miles. That behaviour has never changed.

I always extend the warranty on my Porsches (any model) if not replacing the car - cheapest method for carefree motoring.

Range and EVs are a generic concern so don't buy one until solid state arrives.

Depreciation is only an issue if you flip regularly.

Hi guys... what battery SoH would you expect on a 2021 Taycan with 30.000 - 40.000 km? This is what I am considering to buy... in your opinion is it too much? I couldnt find any specific values for the Taycan...

hi W1NGE, just interested if your GTS ST is the J1.2 model. I'm seriously considering to order one. We can also discuss in PM if you wish?

Around 90%. You have to be sure to know if it is a PB or PB+ battery to understand anticipated range.

J1.1

J1.2 GTS is now only arriving in UK. April should see them in the showrooms.

- rear axle steering
- torque vectoring
would be my 'desirables'
If going for a RWD, rear axle steering is not needed - one can get a stronger effect with the right pedal. ?
