Yes I also tried the charging app. That is good for finding chargers but I can not get a route that way with suggested stops.

Here are three screen shots for the. Same destination

First the Charging app with the destination but no way of showing any route?

I am really puzzled about these differences now

@W1NGE , yes your app seems to work as it should. That looks like the way my old Connect app showed a route. As mentioned above could it really be so that is only problems for the MY 2020? It certainly looks like it unless it also is country dependant??
It is the MY20 I believe. We have old hardware. It looks like with the server upgrade the paths to our hardware was removed and part of the software cannot communicate anymore with our MY20 cars.

I am really puzzled about these differences now
This is what I can do with the My Porsche app. Can’t see the stops however.

I reinstalled the old Charging Planner and I still get a route via Google but no marked charging stops.

I reinstalled the old Charging Planner and I still get a route via Google but no marked charging stops.
I lost it after the server upgrade. I also lost my google search and my saved favorites ( I had to add them again) . Very annoying these type of "surprises". Porsche it taking away funtionality with upgrades instead of adding, at least for the early taycan owners.

It is bizarre but not convinced its MY related.

Have you checked all of your Porsche Connect service subscriptions are active - perhaps they have been corrupted in some way?

Same issue in my Porsche app, ability to send destination to car is gone.
My car is 2020 turbo.
Opened a case at Porsche to have it fixed.
Received this response yesterday from Porsche support team on my open ticket:

Dear Mr. xxxxx,

Thank you for your request from 17.May 2022 regarding issues with the navigation system of your Taycan Turbo.

As informed before, we forwarded the case to our IT support team. We have just been informed that the issues have been solved.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I have checked both the app and my car and there is no change what so ever to the problems.
Of course I responded with this information to them.
Really annoying to get a message with problem solved which is not true.....

Mine only has this button. The red square is correctly on the map though.
You need to search for a destination, then you will receive the button.

Try threatening to escalate to Porsche France HQ (or wherever) and copy your dealer. Time to wind them up a notch.

I can send destination to vehicle from the app. But as others have said, I never do because it takes anywhere from 2 - 10 minutes to actually show up in the car. Which makes it unusable. I end up just using Google maps via carplay.

2 to 10 minutes is not so fast, I will agree, but I am waiting for destinations and favourites that were sent from 28th of April up to now. None have been received!

I use CarPlay with Google maps or Apple maps with my calendar. Works like a charm, but I loose the preconditioning of the batttery if that is needed.

Try your secondary Porsche ID in both app and car as a last throw of the dice.

Thanks for the reply but that's exactly what I've always done. I think you can see from others posts that there is a problem with the system.

You need to search for a destination, then you will receive the button.
