I believe you have the Porsche Charging card and service active. Driving through Germany is no problems and you have a lot of Ionity stations on that route. With the Porsche Card you will also have EnBW, Aral Pulse, Fastned and a bunch of other charging networks available. So charging will not be any issue at all. Have a look at charging stations along the route with the My Porsche app and filter out the Ionity stations. Mark them as favourites (star) so that they will be transferred to the car as favourites. Makes it easy to find Ionity stations, which are the most economical to use. They can get quite busy in summertime though, but all the others are also good. Backup for me has been Tesla Open for all.

Also a very good app to filter out and find suitable charging stations, use ChargeFinder, which is a great app.

If you like to break up the drive, I have stayed at this hotel a few times. Nice place and a nice restaurant. They also have AC chargers so you can charge over night. They also have a nice distillery with some traditional Korn!

Thanks for your advice which I currently started to practise. However, most of the time I have an issue with My Porsche app as marking Ionity stations as favorites (stars) doesn't work. At one occasion, it actually worked out fine otherwise not at all.
Since two months, I have an still open question with Porsche Zuffenhausen customer service regarding the limitations in the PCM navigation module. As we all are aware of, it still isn't possible to filter Ionity stations, only. Twice, they have responded that they will file the case with the responsible group and get back to me soonest possible. Will make another follow up.....although, I do not have very high expectations for a positive response.

A must is the hike on backside/west of Baden-Baden to Schloss Hohenbaden - fantastic views and a very pleasant walk/hike up and down (you can drive up Hilsbrunestrasse but def will miss a lot!) - also great hiking in general 360 degrees in hills around town.

Thanks for tip on sightseeing adventures in Baden-Baden. I guess, we will already be "fully loaded" as there is a full three days program arranged by the host including Baden-Baden and the Black forest. Aside for the ride to Baden-Baden, I'm now trying to find an interesting route around Switzerland to follow.

At the hotel Clervaux, they had a few Tesla destination chargers. However, none functional for the Taycan. Good that we had 50%+ load. On our way to Baden-Baden, we passed Porsche charging lounge in Bingen. Had a nice chat with the Porsche representative that even cleaned our windshield. While commenting on the shortcomings of the PCM, he told me that the filtering of Ionity charging station is already done. It's just a matter of when they are goding to launch it. Whether OTA or not he didn't know.
