FitcamX - stuck trying to put it back together.

I have the wiring completed for the forward and rear camers. I am stuck trying to get the trim pieces back in place. With the wire for the reverse camera coming out the bottom I have not been able to get the camera piece to "click" I to place.

Any one have experience with successful placement of the wires?

I don't have the rear camera but the front camera wire should exit higher, level with the bottom of the memory card.
If you look at where the camera has to slide up there is quite a 'bump' to get over. When it clicks in you will see it level with the windscreen.
I feel your pain, it's not easy at all but I think worth it in the end.

I meant to say the top of the memory card.

I feel your pain, it's not easy at all but I think worth it in the end.

We have tried it in multiple wire positions and can sometimes get one side to "click" into place but then the other side is deformed outwards. The other issue is the presence of a box on the power wire. It is not far enough from the unit to fit beneath the upper trim piece and it is too big to tuck in.

The bigger issue is that before getting the trim completely back together we tried to set it up on the app and it would not power on at all. It is now taken out because it is my daily driver so I couldn't leave it apart.

I contacted their support for the large black square in the wire and this video (see attached) is what they sent me as a reply.

The wires should be exiting like the picture below, from the side not the bottom.

I routed the rear wire out the top and towards the passenger side under the roof liner.
