So I put my order in on October 29th, the dealer told me the delivery date as 1/7, and I should expect a Track your dream email at some point. It’s been over a week and I haven’t received anything, I’m just wondering if that’s normal? How long did it take to receive the email after order for you guys? I did create a My Porsche account but no vehicles are there right now.

I placed my order in August and have NOT received anything from Porsche NA. But I do have a Porsche order number provided by the dealer.
Is there a way to register for TYD with the order number? Or does the dealer need to initiate this?

Wondering the same. Also, that’s really weird I feel like by now you should’ve gotten something. Have you spoken to your dealer since? When you ordered did they tell you it was for a specific allocation and gave you a estimated delivery date?

I placed my 4 CT order on 10-Sep and I received the Porsche Welcome email with a link to TYD on 13-Sep which also happened to be the Freeze Date. The car arrived in Baltimore yesterday, 5-Nov.

I had to call into Porsche to get my TYD sorted out. It was an annoying process (check my post history for details) but it was likely because my order was submitted with a typo in my email address.

Wife placed an order for a CT4 on 10/11. She never received anything, dealer confirmed her contact info was correct. She call 1-800-Porsche and the agent submitted a ticket. She had access the next day via her Porsche account. Funny thing is she received the invite a couple days later. We had the order commission number just in case, but the agent had the order and it was associate with my wife's account. The agent made it sound like something on the back end has to happen.

Yup just called right now and said they’ll send it over 24-36 hours. Only bad part is the operator said it’s showing it won’t arrive till January 20th now, which I find very weird but we’ll see once I get the email.

Have you spoken to your dealer since? When you ordered did they tell you it was for a specific allocation and gave you a estimated delivery date?

I email my dealer once a week. When I ordered the car, it was an October build allocation for the dealer, with a lock date of Sept 23 and a delivery date around November 15. He changed his allocation to my configuration and sent me a copy of the order with Porsche.
In mid September, the build date slipped a month to November where it seems to still be.
Thanks for the advice on calling the 800 number to get on TYD! I’ll do this next week.

I called 1-800- PORSCHE and gave them my Commission number and am now registered for TYD. Apparently my email address was not in their system. All good now.

My 4S arrived at Emden on 10/26. TYD says it was supposed to be loaded on a ship on 11/12 for delivery to California. The designated ship is in the middle of the Atlantic on the way to Texas! Today is 11/14 and TYD still says the next milestone is to load my car on that ship on 11/12. I have asked my dealer for an update.

TYD has been down since Friday. Our car was completed on Friday and my wife received email from Porsche, with that update. But TYD still is showing in production. The main overview page shows the car is finished and has the VIN. Hopefully things get updated on Monday.

I ordered in mid June and received my TYD in mid July but it was (I think) between 1-2 days after my SA called to tell me I had an allocation

Well i ordered on Nov 8th and my delivery date is March 18 , I did got my dream tracker link. Not sure how you are getting your car delivered in 2 months .

I ordered in September and my dealer told me TYD was only for 911s. I had to contact Porsche and get it sorted myself.

TYD says my car is still on the boat, even though it arrived over a week ago. Dealer sent me a picture of it yesterday, it just arrived at the dealership. So would say TYD is a bit off…
