Turn off automatic heated steering wheel?

Hello my new Taycan Turbo has the heated steering wheel. Below 4deg C outside temperature the heated steering wheel and the heated seats turn on automaticly. Is there a way to shut this off?

You can turn this of from the PCM Main Menu. Press Air Condition - Precool/h - Precool/heat set to off.
