Ventilated seat option immediately shuts off

Anyone have their ventilated seat immediately turn off when they turn it on?

seat back also feels warm .

On max (3 bars) it will turn down automatically after a certain time. Never had it turn off completely.

What's you SoC?

83%.. yes it is strange it instantly shuts off.

heater works and Passenger side works for ventilation and heat.

and seat back is totally warm will see how it reacts in AM. Also left vm for service dept.

Check the yellow connector under the right side of the seat , the problem was there for me, it was unplugged

Yesterday was a rare warm day here in Ireland and I used the seat ventilation at 2-bars for four hours on a 300 km trip – without any issues.
