Hi, the volume of my PCM is stuck at -1. It is stuck at -1 regardless of whether I am trying my radio, phone or navigation.

Any advice? Has anyone experienced this? Fixed this?

I've tried turning off the car, powering it down, etc. I've tried using the roller volume dial in the steering wheel. I've tried the + / - buttons on the haptic control panel. No luck so far. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Maybe -1 is taking sound in and converting it to electrical energy to charge the battery.

Like regen for your speakers.

Try yelling at the speaker and see if the battery charge goes up. I bet it does.

If it doesn’t work, make sure to post a video of you trying so I can help troubleshoot.

Ok. When I got back into the car, everything worked fine. Could not replicate the error.

It's a bug. An annoying one. A 10/15min break with the car off fixes it, or two-finger press-and-hold on the clock in the top middle display to reboot fixes it (hit quit when the engineering mode is shown. Don't touch anything else in this menu).

I had the same problem. Fixed it every time with a PCM reboot using two fingers in the upper right hand corner of the screen. It seems to have gone away after the WMA5/7 update.
